The location of the hotel was amazing, just a short stroll to the main city center. It was perfect for exploring all the attractions in the area. the manager/owner was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. the room was very large and comfortable, providing us with a nice space to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The apartment was a bit sparsely equipped for the price, and the beds were not very comfortable. there was no wifi available, which was a bit inconvenient.

The staff could not do enough for you, great guys.
Could be a bit noisy from traffic noise even though well away from road.

Piero, the manager, was extremely courteous and thoughtful. The location is great. The property is well taken care of and quite a nice getaway on its own although the heart of sorrento is a mere ten minute walk away. The restaurant was also fantastic - the pizza is a must! Its terrace also has a great view of Vesuvius across the bay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful gardens and a pool that we used every day. the apartment was spacious enough for our family and we felt safe and secure. the staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The bathroom had a persistent odor, which was quite unpleasant. At night, the noise from cars and scooters was disruptive and made it difficult to sleep.

The best word to describe the staff is "gracious". Not a lot of frills but there was a history and charm to Necfola that invites a return. Loved the orchard, easy access to town through a private gate, and the happy atmosphere. The "resort" facilities were that of a campground, but the pool was nice and the restaurant good. Great water pressure for showers. Safe and charming Very special!
Limited wifi. No daily maid service as this was a residencia, not a hotel

We stayed at La Neffola Residence for one night during our visit to the Amalfi Coast. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, located in a quiet area surrounded by a lovely garden filled with lemon and orange trees. We enjoyed having access to all the facilities of the camping ground, such as the pool and restaurant, while still being able to retreat to our peaceful room. The 10-15 minute walk to the town center was convenient, and we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
Recommend this hotel.

La Neffola is a classic old residence split into apartments located on a cabin/campsite complex. The facilities within the complex were sensational with everything one might need including a small resturant tratoria for an evening meal. Our apartment was air-conditioned and had sufficent catering facilities to cover anything upto a full meal, this is essential when travelling with children and made the choice between this and lower cost cabin. Sorrento is beautiful esspecially at night, being within very easy walking distance meant we could enjoy the night life fully and have a gentle stroll home.
European/Italian Plumbing - We encountered a minor plumbing problem which led to fowl smells throughout the apartment. This was eventually solved but if one encounters this report it immediately ! Its not unusual to have slow drains and the occassional lingering smell across europe particularly in summer, its not something we'd hold against La Neffola but its worthy noting.

The garden and the room were superb. The pool and terrace area also were very nice. The pizza was great, must try. The staff was very helpful with a lot of details about where to go in Sorrento. The location was also great, around 5 minutes to the beach or to the center of Sorrento. If you go by car they also have a big parking area.
Difficult to find the residence in Sorrento. No breakfast. Other than this I really recommend La Neffola, is the only place I would stay in Sorrento.

I had a great stay at a lovely property with beautiful gardens and a nice pool. The apartment had everything I needed, including a fridge, kettle, and cooking utensils. The location was very convenient, close to both the town center and the marina. The views from the pool and restaurant were incredible, and the food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Piero, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly, especially with organizing airport transfers. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The accommodations were nice, and the gentleman who checked us in was pleasant. We also enjoyed the Italian lady who helped us at dinner, she was really kind and helped us with our order. the pizza was absolutely delicious, possibly the best we had in Italy. having food and drinks available on the property was a great convenience.
There were a few negative aspects during our stay. the lack of private balcony areas was disappointing, and the communal areas were not as relaxing as we had hoped.

The grounds of this residence are beautiful! It feels secluded in an otherwise busy tourist town. And the location is still good. We loved the historic buildings, and the inside of our apartment was very nicely renovated and comfortable for our family.
